GENERAL REGULATIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
- The following regulations have been issued by the Da Nang Branch of Sunplus Logistics Co., Ltd. (Glamour Hotel) to ensure safety, stability, and protection of the interests of customers. These regulations will be strictly enforced by the entire management and staff of Glamour Hotel.
- Glamour desires that customers enjoy the amenities, services, and benefits of the Hotels. Accordingly, customers need to understand and comply with the General Regulations (“GR”) to ensure they receive the best experience of the Services at the Hotel.
- These GR may be amended or supplemented from time to time at the discretion of Glamour to improve the quality of Services and customer experience and will be posted on Glamour’s official website at https://glamourhotel.vn (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
2. INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS/SERVICES
- The products/services provided by Glamour on the Website include: accommodation services, event parties, or other supplementary services that Glamour provides from time to time such as transportation, entertainment, dining, etc.
- Additionally, other information and materials presented on this website will be provided by Glamour legally and are for reference only and are not intended for professional advice. Please contact us to receive detailed information. Moreover, Glamour reserves the right to change, update, and improve this information and materials without prior notice.
- Glamour and all employees, managers, and representatives are not responsible for any loss, damage, or expenses arising from accessing and using this website and other linked websites, including but not limited to, loss of profit, direct or indirect losses.

GENERAL REGULATIONS
1.Customers must present one of the legal documents showing personal identification information as prescribed by law when registering to check-in.
2. Customers are not allowed to bring into the hotel weapons, radioactive substances, toxic substances, flammable explosives, pets, strong-smelling fruits, and other prohibited items as prescribed by law or local authorities.
3. All forms of gambling, drug use are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises. In case of violation, customers must be fully responsible before Vietnamese law and the Hotel.
4. Customers are not allowed to cook, smoke in the bedroom, and public areas except for designated smoking areas.
5. Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00. If customers check-in earlier or check-out later than the above times, they will have to pay the corresponding extra charges as per the Hotel’s regulations.
6. Upon check-in, customers should check the quantity and condition of assets in the room as per the “Room Asset Inventory”. If anything is missing or damaged, please report it immediately to the reception. Customers will be fully responsible for any loss or damage occurring during their stay.
7. Valuable assets such as jewelry, money, and personal electronic devices should be stored in the in-room safe. The hotel is not legally responsible for any loss or damage to personal property if customers do not follow this regulation.
8. Ensure that visitors coming to see customers at the hotel register at the reception and comply with the hotel’s rules.
9. Customers should not use the bedroom for purposes other than accommodation.
10. For security reasons, customers should not change rooms or move furniture and equipment from one room to another without notifying the reception.
11. Customers must settle all bills and return the room key to the reception before leaving the hotel.
12. Customers must comply with state and hotel regulations on safety and disease prevention.
13. Follow safety regulations when riding in vehicles within the hotel area.
14. Behave appropriately in public areas: Respect the principle of first-come, first-served; Give priority to pregnant women, disabled people, elderly, and weak people; Do not make noise or shout; Do not place or prop feet on chairs and avoid other uncultured behaviors in public areas; Manage children in public areas.
15. When leaving the room, customers should ensure (i) all electrical equipment is turned off; (ii) the room door is securely locked; and (iii) the room key is not given to others.
16. At hotel apartments: strictly adhere to the hotel’s regulations on cooking in the room, using electrical equipment for the intended purpose.
17. Do not bring food, drinks, strong-smelling fruits (such as durian, jackfruit, fish sauce, etc.) into the hotel room.
18. Please comply with the pool operation hours at the facility (which may vary depending on the weather and season). Customers using the pool before or after the operating hours (which may differ at various facilities depending on geography/season) must ensure their own safety and health without any complaints against the Hotel.
19. Customers should wear appropriate attire when in common areas of the Hotel, especially in public areas such as the lobby, restaurant, etc., to show respect for other cultures. Customers should never be nude, including children.
20. Perform other procedures as regulated by Glamour and local lodging management authorities at any given time (if any).
21. The Hotel management may request customers to leave the Hotel without any refund for those who deliberately ignore and violate the Hotel’s regulations and rules.
22. Noise regulations: after 22:00, customers should not play TV, music with loudspeakers at a high volume, or talk loudly to ensure general order. Noise will be considered excessive when other hotel customers feel disturbed or uncomfortable.
23. Perform other procedures as regulated by Glamour at any given time (if any).
