Payment Regulations

Currently, Glamour accepts domestic payments from Vietnamese banks or international cards such as Visa, Master, JCB, Amex, CUP.

Payment Policy

Guests are required to pay 100% of the estimated total revenue 14 days prior to check-in unless other agreements have been made.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel all services if the deposit is not received within the specified time limit, unless a payment agreement is established with the hotel.

If the hotel does not receive payment before the guest checks out, the hotel will charge for all services (room, transportation, dining services, or any additional costs incurred during the stay) at the posted rates of the hotel.
